I really do have a lot to learn since I have no idea what any of those guns are. Regardless anyone who just got shot has every right to complain. Anyone that hears on the news that a guy spend 5 years in jail for false acusation of rape and right away assumes that feminism now runs the juridic system doesn't.

I didn't say people weren't generalizing, however, it is a bit hypocritical to complain about generalizing when you're doing it yourself saying that "people who do this are week" (it's spelled *weak* by the way). Does that assessment apply to a lot of them, of course it does, but to say that all of those who do that are weak is a generalization because you don't know what happened to them. You prefaced that you meant only SOME guys do it, but then you said that the actions are done only by weak people.

Imagine that a man gets a sentence. Goes to jail. Gets out. DOES THE SAME CRIME AGAIN! The judge that was the same idiot in front of him a second time will of course give him a longer sentence!
The stats that you saw don't take just first convictions in consideration, they take all of them!
Men are far more likely to go to jail for the same crime as women are. So of course they will be given more years even when comparing the same crime!
