What does it mean when he lets you wear his clothes?

We are not dating yet but we are definitely more than friends. We have kissed and also went further. Recently I was at his place and after showering at his place, he let me wear his sweatpants and I even got to take them home to borrow.
What could be the meaning of it? Like to me it sounds like I'm his girl? Like he likes me enough and he's comfortable enough with me to let me wear and borrow his clothes? Like he trusts me? We spend a lot of time together recently:)
