Ok so my best friend and I were siting in my teachers office alone because I was tudoring him and we were joking around and stuff and that he started playing the nervous game and when I said I was nervous he stopped like he normally would then ten minutes later he grabs my boobs and start playing with them and I kinda liked it is that weird

No that's not weird. Well weird that he was doing that but perfectly understandable if you liked it. I'm going to be completely honest her and say that I'm very comfortable talking about this stuff just a fair warning. Most likely if he is playing the Nervous game he wanted to have a reason to touch you. From the sounds of it he wants to get out of the friend zone just make sure you and him are clear on the boundaries and what you are to each other before agreeing to anything you might later on regret. :) hope this helped

Depends on the friend, if ur really close then it may be a jokes, a poor one but a joke
The other option is that he is a pervert XD or he likes you, and this was his way of keeping himself out of the friendzoned and the relationship slightly flirty
He may be one of those guys who is care free, and just doesn't care about what we are meant to do or not do, and just does whatever without thinking

Well since you refer to him as your best friend, he most likely is comfortable enough to touch you like that. I do the same thing with some of my girl friends as well. If I'm comfortable around them and know that they are the type to not be bothered by it, then I would do things like that as well. But like a said, i would only do it with a very few selected girl, and with those I've known for years.
