I lied to my boyfriend and he broke up with me, how do I fix this?

I had lied to my boyfriend about 5 months ago about this guy I had been talking with for a while. I never cheated on him I've never been sexually with anyone other than my boyfriend. Well he found out about that guy and we broke up but we got back together. Also I have (had) a friend since high school and he always liked me but knew I had a boyfriend. And I would talk to him from time to time. My boyfriend asked me to stop talking to both of them. I stopped talking to the first guy completely. But I still talked to me (used to be friend) every now and then just on yahoo messenger. We never had anything to talk about he lives 1000 miles away so a few days ago I told him we should talk anymore. Well he texted my phone and said "sorry" and my boyfriend had my phone. He was really upset because he had asked me 5 months ago to stop talking to him and he broke up with me. We are still living in the same house and I really don't want to lose him. We have been together for 5 years. I'm going to change my number today after work and I erased all guys from my messenger. I don't know what I can say because I feel I used every excuse the last time we broke up. How can I fix this? Help me, I really can't lose my baby.

What exactly did you lie about? Was it just talking to the two guys? Was it just friendly conversations or more than that?

Also, why can't you have guy friends? Does your guy not trust you? No offense honey, but your boyfriend just sounds a tad controlling & insecure! Is there anything that could warrant this kind of behavior from your bf? I mean you were talking to a guy. So what? I mean would you do the same if he was just talking to a chick? All you can do is tell your boyfriend the truth and that you're sorry you upset him. You tried to stop talking to the two guys.

Well when the guy texted my phone he asked who it was and I said I didn't know. So he was up all night until about 4am trying to find out who it was. I finally got out of bed and told him who it was. He was really upset because he had asked me not to talk to him. He is a bit jelous but the reason he didn't want me talking to them is because they both liked me. But the last time I wrote the guy was to tell him I didn't want to talk anymore.

I just love him so much and he means the world to me and I know he loves me too. I do know he comes from a divorced family. So I don't know if that has to do with the controlling and jealousy. If he talked to another girl I wouldn't be upset I would want to know who she is and meet her. But I've always encouraged him to have friends that are girls. He says I am too open-minded.
