Long story short - he texted me saying "Hi, how you been?"

I didn'respond for the first time. However, it looks like he can't take a taste of his own medicine. He's done it to more than once of not texting me back, but when I do it I get ignored? Can anyone relate, and what did you do? I still like him very much... but at the same time I'm done playing these mind games..
