What does it mean when a guy copies/mimics a girl?

There's been attraction and serious feelings with this guy I know from high school. Part of it is that he makes a lot of indirect posts on Facebook that I swear are about/for me from everything. He's been giving off these clues and he should know by now that I have feelings for him. And I think he's starting to copy/mimic me now too because he shared a post that I shared, after I shared a post he shared yesterday. So it makes me think he's mimicking me too. What would the reasoning be for that?

He also made an indirect post about a week ago that was a video of a love song and for the description he put "Ahh. Pleasure to know her!! Haha she's my old school mate. Geezz"
