My crush flirts with everyone but me?

The guy I like flirts with all of the popular girls, my friends, and pretty much every girl he talks to. But me.

During the one class I have with him, he will "flirt" with my friend by saying that's hot after everything she says or he'll say hey beautiful. He does it to my other friend too. He talks to me also but he never did that to me once. He's given me a lot of signs that he may like me, but the only way he flirts with me is by touching me on the arm or shoulder. He looks at me a lot too. And when he talks to me he's more normal and quieter, he doesn't do the dumb flirting he does.

he's a popular guy, so when they flirt with the girls that aren't popular it means they are probably making fun of them. But he doesn't do it to me. Why not?

well I have a friend who flirts with girls in our whole school but likes only one and has the same qualities of the guy you mentioned. so, I think that guy too respects you as a friend and likes you a lot.
