Why do boys suddenly change their style the clothes their wearing?

There's this guy (my crush) (we also both like each other) and I have noticed in the past month that he suddenly just change his clothes style. It went from this baggy skeleton zip up hoddie with shorts (he also had a long curly type of hair and never wore any kind of hats) and then bam! He turned into this cute/hot person with hoodie and jeans he also cut his hair which is a pretty dramatic change because he has had his long hair for 5 years. He also started wearing hats which is efing weird because today is the first time I saw him ever wearing one in school. I don't know why hats are so popular with boys. I don't know might be weird question but I'm just curious. Did he do it because he wants to impress someone or just going with the trend?

the 2 at the bottom could be true, but also it could just be the fact that he just saw it somewhere and really liked it, guys do it a good amount through their life

Believe it or not guys like to change their style. It keeps things interesting. I do it all the time.

Because people enjoy changing their style from time to time. Many people change many styles over the years. It's normal
