Guys, He follows me but won't let me follow him?

He checks my stories everyday, I know he has a girlfriend, we three work together. She and I don't work together directly though, he and I do for a few hours a day. They've been having problems and he doesn't want to continue with her anymore. He has been following me on instagram for weeks. We've texted each other twice, yesterday he really wanted conversation and said we would talk later. Today I sent a request to follow him and he hasn't accepted after 6 hours. He HAS been checking my stories in the meantime though. He hasn't texted me. What's up with this?

Wait for the moment girl.. he hasn't broken up with his girlfriend yet.. let him do that first.. bc he will accept you and talk to you rhe day he finishes his things off with her... Be patient till then.. keep tight!

maybe he just wants to sideline you. wait and see how he responds further. maybe he isn't worth it.
