The streak doesn't really mean anything. i have a Snapchat streak with a girl of well over 200 but we are just friends and I know she doesn't like me. Another guy and I are over 100 but we only send one snap a day. I think what you need to look at is the type of snaps. Are they flirty. At they suggestive. Do you guys converse or talk? How do the snaps make you feel. This will truly tell of the snaps mean anything. A good morning and goodnight though definitely says that he cares about you and you are on his mind, so there is a chance he likes you
