No, definitely not.
Legs should be as thin as humanly possible, in my opinion.

If I'm to be frank, muscly calves look like they have got testicles hanging off them, and I have never understood why people pursue the muscly leg look.

My Mother had large calves, My daughter was in Ballet from age5 until 23,
I was in dance and thought about Ballet in high school, now at 73 I still have large calves, I dated a gymnast and two roller derby girls. just about all of the women in and around My life have large calves that look like a firm foundation, strength, beautiful, sexy and just outright awesome. On the other hand of inanimate objests like Hot Rods, Drag Cars and Drag bikes would not look right with skinny tires on the rear and they would not ever hook up.

The images chosen doesn't represent the full picture and is kind of bias. What do I mean by that? all the ladies are either wearing heels are tip toeing, and we all know that the point of heels is to make your legs look longer, and at the same time if your calves are big make them look slightly smaller due to the elongation. Not every girl with big calves are willing to wear heels all the time.
