Without starting complaining about life problems. I'd just ask you to give me some advice..anything you want to say

Music.
Music is the universal language of mankind. Everybody understands it. Everybody bounce to the beat. Everybody smiles and do crazy things when the beat drops or the song climaxes. The best songs makes you feel different. Makes you think. Makes you feel better. Or makes you wanna party.
I love to club. The music and the people. Sure makes a bad day turn good. No need to get a girl at the club or so. Party with your friends and just have a good time is all it takes.
When I feel good - I want to do it again.
I want to feel good again.
So I make plans. Get a plan settled. "Saturday night: Party ?"
And work towards that party.
Work towards something! Hang out with friends!
Don't feel like doing anything kinda mood. I'm totally down but thanks :)

Meet new people
Go for a run
Go hiking
Spend time outdoors (especially if it's sunny and nice)
Listen to your favorite music
Find new music to listen to
Create your own music
Stumble the internet
Play a game
Hang out with friends
Learn a new skill (photography, juggling, piano, unicycle etc.)
Bake cookies (then eat them! :)
Draw, paint, sketch (or even a coloring book!)
Watch a movie
Take a long warm (bubble) bath
Play video games
Get a dog/cat/pet
Any or all of these can be great ways to cheer you up!

i have the exact same problem and I have found nothing that can motivate me, only the guy I love.
but when he's not here I'm just lost
Try doing things you don't usually do... go to parties which normally u'd hate with people you don't hang out with as often :))
Have no idea if it will work but I would try it :)

strange this is... I've got the same feeling. When I'm happy.. I REALLY feel happy.. but when I'm down.. it is really dramatic. I feel broken inside and it sometimes doesn't even have a reason.
I guess the best way to avoid those moments alone is to be with friends, your pet, boyfriend...
being with someone will not give you the time to feel sad and lonely and miserable
well, my boyfriend is far away, haven't seen him in months and who knows when I will...
Then I'd say go to a friend with a big ben and jerry's and a chickflick and just organize a spontanious friends only night :) don't forget the chocolat !

what I do when I feel like this is trying to find a song's which lyrics describe how you feel. let's say you feel insecure then listen to ugly-sugababes, or when you feel left out... left outside alone-anastacia stuff like that. and also you need to talk to someone that really gets you. and preferably this person would be positive. goodluck!

I do the same thing darling. Ill cry for no reason for a few hours. I always talk to someone really close to me. (my boyfriend, my mom) there's a song, called the duck song, on youtube. It is one of the more pointless things you could watch but every time I hear or even think of this song it makes me smile and laugh. I get manically depressed and I will just cry and sob but talking and the duck song help. Its really silly but you should give it a go :)

When I feel the same as you, I pray to God and read Isaiah 60 vers 1-3 and verse 15 and I sing gospel praises and feel half better.
Then I call some of my Friends with whom I always have fun and they make me feel goodd☺️.
In life you must just be patient, one day you won't be sad at any cost you will Always be happy and never cry again 🤷.
try taking omega 3's, exercise, hang out with happy people, write a diary , go to counselling etc do things that make you happier
take five minuites out a day deep breathing or yoga sounds like you need to release your stress.
