Whats the point of him begging me for a relationship if he wasn't over his ex girlfriend?

I'm trying to figure out why he wasted my time and mislead me. If he wasn't over his ex girlfriend why didn't he just agree to be my fuck buddy? Why are men like this? I really would've just fucked him and went on with my life. And if he wanted her back I would've let him be with her. I could've been with someone who appreciated me and was serious about me.

I'm sorry you got taken advantage of. :( He probably thought dating you would make him get over her, but it didn't, and once he got the opportunity to get her back, he went for it. Either that or he thought maybe you wouldn't agree to a friends with benefits situation and so manipulated you. Either way, it was wrong of him.
