Muscles attract sex. I encourage men to be in shape but don't weigh too much with muscles. They will sag like boobs. Where ever you built them. And weight causes problems later on. You want to look good and weigh as little as possible. So try to work out medium. I think the abs are the hardest to work out and weigh the least on the body. Focus on sculpture and lifting action so you pick her up easy. Think about your 80 year old self so make sure the muscles are good sculpture but don't bulk, its not necessary to bulk, your just putting weight strain on your body for life, its good news that muscles really do stay, once made, working out again reinflates them quickly. But do take care to not be bigger than desired. If you are short it might be fine. For me being 6ft its better for me to be lean strong. I enjoy walking around with agility. and it maintains stamina, less to lug around.

Also if you bulk too much, less dress options. You are better off with sculp brick hard chest than a big chest that is brick but sag later.

It certainly helps. Just depends what kind of girls you're into. If you like girls whom are also in great shape, generally people attract their equals so it makes that task a hell of a lot easier. If you really don't care about a girl's looks as a man, I wouldn't worry about your looks either. I know I'm way happier now though being physically active than I was before when I wasn't as much. It's hard and feels great. Hope that helps.

I could ask the same thing about all those women’s out there always posting selfie with there hot smoking body lol I say if you have a sexy body weather your female or male go head do it and enjoy while you can because beauty is only temporary so why not. Nobody can’t hide from true love, no matter who you are, they will find you and you will stay.

I think they can get girls but posting selfies online has a higher chance of meeting more girls and a variety of them. Plus it's an ego boost

Lol guys that all they do is post gym selfies are pathetic. They only want attention. For myself, I only do it to see my progress, not to post on social media. If I want a girl then I’d be a normal guy and talk to them. Yes bodies add to the probability of getting a girlfriend. Vice versa w a guy looking at a girls body
