Guys, does a guy grabbing and holding my arm mean anything?

Him and I were sitting at a table and after a long chat and I started talking to his brother, who was also at the table.
Then I felt his grab my upper arm and didn't pay too much attention---except he didn't let go. After about 6long seconds I turned to him and asked "why do you have my arm?" and said a joke and let go.

I don't know if that means anything? Or if it means nothing? lol It was weird.

Maybe, jealously when you were showing his brother attention. Should probably test this theory.
