Drunk cuddle and forehead kiss mean anything?

I've known a guy for 8 months now. We've been going out in group few times, mostly for drinking. Recently, we've been hanging out just the 2 of us, for food. Last weekend our group gathered at his house drinking. Both of us were tipsy. He said he wanted to sleep and he grabbed my hand signaling me to sleep on his arm. We were sleeping on the floor, me in his embrace. When our friends all left, he moved to the bed. He opened the blanket for me to get in. I was sleeping in his arms the whole time. When my head fell out, he gently put it back on his chest. He was holding my hand, my waist and kissed my forehead few times. But nothing more happened. Now tell me does it mean anything to him?

I definitely think that there could be something going on but how is his behavior when you're both sober? That's probably the best indicator past the liquid courage you two had that night lol

Normally, he's pretty kind to me as he is to everyone in the group. After that night, we woke up pretending nothing had happened. we didn't talk for 2 days till he texted me yesterday asking how my work is. Then we had lunch together. Things go naturally.

It may have just been the alcohol but it may have been more but he doesn't want to say anything. Honestly the only way to know is to ask him... it's difficult but it's the only real way to find the truth out. Keep you chin up and be ready for both.
