I started my first day of college classes two days ago. I am in my second year and I am very shy but in high school I was always kind of the teacher's pet. So I was never the one to talk out in class or bring unnecessary attention to myself on purpose.
I am taking a french class and as you can probably imagine, my french professor is very engaging. He asks a lot of questions and calls me out in class all the time lol when I'm the shy girl and most of the time I know the answers so it's not to embarrass me. He calls everyone out but for me, he lingers a little bit more. The other day I told him where I was from because we were all doing it and he questioned me about it in front of the whole class (it was a joke) but when someone else said they were from the same place, he would be like "see Jordan" and say my name and call me out in front of everyone.
I didn't take it as much until today after class, I was leaving and he was at the front and called my name as I was leaving and said some stuff in french which I did not understand at first but I knew he was asking me which year of college I was in then proceeded to ask me if I was gonna do his study abroad thing or he asked me something but I think it was that and I said "yeah probably" because I couldn't fully understand and then he was like "no not probably, yes" and I said yes just so I could leave because there were other people coming up to his desk. I don't know im definitely a favorite but I get a vibe that he's flirting?
