He introduced himself to me. Tried to get my attention. He also express small touches like in the arm, poke me and once touched the back of my neck from behind. Eye contact and smiling whenever he sees me. I am not sure if he is just being friendly or likes me. He hugged me for the first time even we are not that close yet.

He is actually my co worker but from a different department. I am a new employee for almost 3 months. Since the first time he saw me, he introduced himself and asked my name. From then, he always call me by my name and I noticed that he always show up even though sometimes it is work related, but he tries to ask me some questions like how was your day off, did you have fun? Out of nowhere I will be surprised, he will poke me or tap me. Seems like trying to get my attention. is he being friendly
