Guys, How can I make my manager tell me if he is interested in a relationship with me?

I like my manager a lot, infact I love him. I thought he was just nice to everyone but I realized he is Extra nice to me. We started hang out after work (11hour workdays) only one day a week but still. We talk & laugh drank milkshake or coffee& sometimes just are quite together & 2 hours later 2am... When we get ready to leave he always ask " were am I going now" even though he know I have to work the following day (he's off) and have 2 kids at home but He always ask. Honestly, I really want to say your place. But I can'tšŸ˜”. He knows I like him maybe not as much as I do. But he knows & Sometimes he says things of a sexual nature and if I follow his lead he gets quite. I don't know if it because he shy or older than me (12yr) or if it is our religions or the job. can it be possible that he feels a funny way because I just purchased a new 2021vehicle and he has a not so new one (he took me to get it) I don't get it! He says he doesn't have a girlfriend & we talk on the phone until he is finished work the days we work together, he will not want to hang up the phone until I tell him he has to as he is finished his work and it is time to go home. Yes when I call it is through the company phone because I don't have his number. But when he needs/wants to call me he will also us the company's phone, yes he has my number... I came out of a long bad marriage and he knows and helped me through it. I've already moved on from my ex. And want to start a relationship with him but. I don't know why he just will not say it if he likes me or not. He tells me to ask him for anything and he will do it even if it is not work related & he does. I called him crying the night my son decided to move in with his father & he left work earlier than normal to sit with me while I cried then asked me if I was going to be okay driving home.
I am really painful shy and don't know how to ask him if he wants to be with me. Can someone give me a suggestion on how to get him to tell me if he likes me.

My manager &I still Hangout. But he hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend or on a date yet. I took a road trip & was 120 miles away from home & was too sleepy to drive. So I called my manager & ask him to keep me up as I knew he was not off yet. it had been a while since we talked so we talked until I got home.
I don't know how he knew precisely what direction I was traveling in or when I got home but he did & when I asked him he said, I know how you drive, how did he know? I never told him.

And he's never drove in a car with me as the driver anyway,
Then he asked me what I was going to sleep in my bed or on the sofa.
What is going on with him? Why would you be interested in my life if not interested in me & if he's is interested in me then why is he not saying it?
