My guy friend is getting very touchy with me, does he like me?

I reunited with a guy friend after a few years and we’ve been hanging out every weekend for the last month. It’s me, the guy, and my other friend who’s a girl that hangs out just the three of us. I recently asked the other girl if she thought he likes me and she said yes but assumed I knew that (I did not because I’m apparently oblivious and stupid). She said she saw it the first time we all hung out. Last week, he wrapped his arms around me while I was sitting in a chair, sat on my lap when there was an open seat right next to me, asked me to get on his bed then spooned me (he had his arms wrapped around me then too), put his hands on my waist and shook me lightly to wake me up when I fell asleep on his bed, he ran his fingers through my hair until I fell asleep, and he would do this thing where he gets close to my face and makes really intense eye contact. He also told me a few weeks back that I looked like his ex in a picture he took of me. The thing that’s confusing me about this whole thing is that he talks about hooking up with girls often. He would talk about finding the most attractive girl to have sex with, a celebrity he finds attractive, etc. I don’t do one night stands, I don’t care what a guy says or how much I may like him I would never do that. So I’m not understanding the goal here with him. The way I see it, it’s a poor reflection of his security as a guy. What do you think of his behavior and what he says?

Some people in the comments are saying that he’s saying things about hooking up with girls to make me jealous. He asked me if I was jealous 2 weeks ago when he was talking about it and I said no bc it’s true. I’m not jealous, if anything it’s doing the complete opposite.
