You can ask the question, but you have to be prepared for any kind of answer, including one you might not want to hear. Been dating a year? That question is expected.

In between? Depends on the guy and the relationship.

Yeah for sure but i would also ask him why he's dating. He might not even have marriage in mind and it could be a temporary casual thing

I think marriage should still be kept in mind if your dating. That is the point right? And you dont want someone to think of you as temporary so its good for that to eventually be the goal and so that your relationship is taken seriously.
