Should I ask the guy I’m seeing if he’s in a relationship?

I met this guy a few weeks ago we went on a few dates we talk every day he seems interested in me. 2 days ago he told me he was going to his guy friend graduation and they would go out later to celebrate. But he reposted a women’s graduation post and he did not respond to my message that night. should I ask him if he’s in a relationship or should I let it go I just think it’s weird he lied about who he was going out with that night I wouldn’t have cared because we are not in a relationship but I don’t want to talk to a guy that’s in a relationship or situationship he told me he has been single for 4 years.

If he has a friend graduating it would make sense he knows others in the same year, no? He was out that night partying, right?

Honestly you seem very concerned and one re-post was enough for you to assume he's lying to you. This sounds like a you issue, regardless of whether or not he lied.
