I’m 28 and have developed feelings for a 51 year old. I’ve never had feelings for someone older than me and I tried to brush it off months ago but I can’t. I’ve only dated people around my own age before so I feel like it’s a bit different and don’t know how to make it obvious to him that I actually like him without telling him and making a complete fool myself. We work for the same company but based in different branches so I don’t work directly with him.

He is quite flirty but I don’t know if he’s just being nice as he is quite charming. He messages me now and again but it’s always just short friendly chats. Or if I see him in person he always mentions my photos and gives me compliments on my looks etc. He is single too. Please help...

I would try asking him to dinner. If that is too forward for you then make an excuse for him to come over your place. Dress sexy and don't be afraid to make the first move. At the point he probably doesn't even think you are in his league because of the age difference and if afraid to since you work for the same company. So you are going to have to let him know that you want him.
