Quick answer; Yes, absolutely! :)
More defined answer; To me it doesn't matter what race they are mixed or otherwise, there are so many attractive women from all around the world. Dark skinned, fair skinned, East Asian, West Asian, Asian, African, Eastern, Western, who cares, I find any of them can be attractive.
I have to admit I do have a penchant for West Asian women, or Wets Asian heritage. I think because I find them more feminine, and petite. They can still have successful careers and be the matriarch in a company without having to become manly to compete with men.
Living in a Western country, i. e. Australia, women here seem to feel the need to be more masculine to make it in a career or just to try and compete with men. We each have our own uniqueness, it sucks that they feel the need, real or imagined, that they have to be more "manly". Needless to say, I'm certainly not ignorant to the fact that it's men of the past, and sometimes the present, that is the cause of that. Which is nothing short of human tragedy really.
On top of all of that, or course the sort of person they are, i'e personality type, intelligence, emotional intelligence, etc., makes a massive difference to their level of attractiveness :)

Erm, what? Girl two is probably the darkest of all of them. And as I say, it's probably not down to skin colour, as much as clothing and demeanour in this case. Girl two (in corridor, white top) seems more together and classy, and less 'Basic' (to use a recent term).
It should also be noted that I hate makeup. Girl two (white top, corridor) seems to have best mastered the natural look, whether or not she's wearing much makeup. As a result, she is (to me) much more beautiful.
This is not entirely disconnected from the 'Basic' thing. Classy people are more subtle and refined in all things (manners, tastes, clothes, makeup, opinions), and are just more attractive. Physical features are important (e. g. body, facial symmetry, etc.), but beauty is more than this - it also shines forth as a result of one's 'energy'/dignity/personality.
