Why aren't there any young romantic guys anymore?

They only want sex, and they aren't emotionally avaible, they don't know how to have a conversation and they never want to spend time with you.
What happend? I feel like there's no hopeless romantic young men, only women.

They're usually the quiet awkward avoident guys that never flirt with girls, I'm very romantic with a big heart, but I've never flirted with a girl, never had a convo with one, n not sure IL ever have a girlfriend even tho I want one.. We're out there. But it's like we're non existent. Try Searching in the shadows. The only guys that are brave enough to flirt with girls are the cocky arrogant type that jus want sex, that's why.. the only noticeable guys are the player type.. the romantic ones are basically invisible

Well I'll toss a couple things to you. One being romantic/ having a romantic partner is, basically, no guys fantasy so if toy want that your going to have to communicate that to your partner. The guys that do that by instinct do it because they've learned it from experiences that no guys your age have. Two the likelihood that you know how to have a conversation is almost nil generally because very few guys expect it so very few women learn it.

Look at the family court system. It's a racket. Running away from responsibility is the only way to not become a slave. Many of them, their dads learned this the hard way. They think ditching you makes them smarter. But in the end, the bill always comes due.

There are still a few around, but not nearly as many as in the past. You need to understand that the driving force behind the romanticism of men of the past was women of the past. Women today are very different than their counterparts from decades ago.

I agree that most people don't know how to find a healthy relationship. I do think most women who are into cringey romance aren't into playing their role in return. They want to be treated like a queen without treating him like a king for the lack of better words.

Bingo, OP. Bingo. In this era, the art of the suitable partner search has been lost. What that leaves us with, are shots in the dark. Where once there was complexity and courtship, and understanding by most that one's life wasn't exclusively about one's self, now there is only a giant game of roulette.

And that's the thing: when love is replaced with a game of roulette, the majority are guaranteed to lose. This roulette game doesn't discriminate either. Men and women can become equally bad at choosing partners. The losses over time are pretty equally bad for both too.

But the younger age groups, who now have to inherit their older siblings' jaded view of things, are left to scramble for a way to do better, and not repeat older brother's and sister's mistakes.
