Guy I’m seeing jokes about me draining his balls?

Me and this guy became exclusive in October last year. I go over to his a couple times a week and we just chill. And I even hang out with his friends as well. However, there’s been a couple things that makes me question if he even likes me. Apparently, on Halloween last year he went into a room with some girl and didn’t even tell her he’s exclusive with me. On New Years Eve, apparently he was flirting with one of the girls they went out with and called her “so lovely”. I was meant to come over after New Years and spend the night, and beforehand apparently he told all his friends he was with that he “couldn’t wait to get his balls drained tonight.” Is he even into me at all?

Its a little bit like a foreign language. Have you ever had a feeling that seemed to be missing the exact right word to encapsulate it? In all likelihood, there is some language out there that does. However, those native to that language also likely might have some feelings they seem to be missing words for that we have availible.

If that makes sense then I'll say what women view as love is a foreign concept to men. And what men view as lust is a foreign concept to women. You have the word "lust" but you don't fully understand how relentlessly urgent it is to have an all consuming male sex drive. To men, lust isn't just a word it is a whole language of its own. So, that's what he was doing: speaking to you in the language he knows. It doesn't translate into your language very well because there are few shared feelings between love and lust. But also not zero.
