Is my boss interested in me or just being nice?

I work at job where most of it is at home and I don't need to ever step foot into the office or see my coworkers or boss. My current boss is pretty new and replaced my old boss a few months ago. We met for the first time several months ago when he first started and was trying to get to know all the employees one by one. About a month ago, we met up again because it was time for a "check in" to catch up in person and talk about work so we went out for lunch one day. He did this with all the other employees as well so it was pretty normal... Until we had a few glasses of wine during lunch that day and he started calling me gorgeous and asking about my relationship and personal life. I mentioned my favorite food that day and he insisted we make plans to go get it some other time. We recently went out to lunch again and this time, none of it involved talk about work. First off, he's married with kids!!! He asked me about my personal life, my past dating history, and talked about how he had an affair in the past. We don't text much but he follows me on social media and he reacted with "🔥" to one of my photos today. Am I overthinking things or is he blantanly flirting with me?
