I like this guy who is very nice, caring, kind and everything, but he seems to kinda point out my flaws. He’s into astrology and is interested in zodiac signs and so on. We are both scorpios, so he sometimes brings this up, but always in a kinda bad way. For example, he said things like: “She’s picky! But of course, she’s a scorpio!” “You are touchy aren’t you?” (I’m not) “You do get angry a lot. That’s a trait of scorpios though!”
I know he is kinda joking and I understand his passion in astrology (even though I don’t believe I’m these kinds of things), but I can’t help feeling a bit hurt by the fact that he wants to point out my flaws / bad traits of my personality.
I like him a lot, I probably can say I’m in love with him, but I don’t know if he likes me back. And I see this as a bad sign.
What do you think? Why does he point out my negative sides instead of , y positive ones?
I repeat, he said those things smiling and in an affectionate way, but I see it as a bad sign anyway. Am I exaggerating?
