So I met this guy online and we've been on and off. This year he's shown the good side of him and that made me fall for him. He will visit me soon he's just saving up. I feel that he has feelings for me too because he says that he cares for me and he's always encouraging me to reach my dreams, he tells me he likes me a lot and that he has a soft spot for me. We have talked about deep stuff as well. But when I said that I want to love and care for him, he told me that he's damaged and he wants to improve his career first. What does he mean by that?

He will also visit another girl here and says she's the reason why he will visit our country and he wants the scenery here but will meet me also. He says he will see me whatever it takes. He met her first before me. He says that he's just friends with the girl and that she's already engaged. He said she will just tour him in her place. So that gets me confused. When I asked if he will visit me again after, he said that visiting again would be expensive. So does he have feelings for me?
