How to comfort your husband when he's sad?

Please don't hate me for this but this is my husband's account he's sleeping right now me and him are having our first baby in October he's scared that our kid will have to spend their life in a bubble we watched a documentary the other day about the boy who lived in one I think it upset him a little also between him having his own health problems and him being younger than me he has a lot going on right now I think it worried him. I hate seeing him sad it worries me he's acting like he doesn't want it he said he does he's just worried. I keep telling him there's nothing to worry about that there's 1 in a million chance of our kid having to live in a bubble. How can I comfort him? What should I say to him?

Interesting this is your husband's account. There is literally no activity on it except this question. Probably a good thing though. Don't want him getting too many ideas from some of the questions asked.

Anyhow, what would make you think that your baby will end up in a bubble? Surely you have been to the doctor for the necessary checkups, right? Have they indicated anything is wrong?

I would suggest having your husband talk to the doctor and have them explain your health and current health of the baby. He/she will also likely tell him how exceedingly rare it would be for your child to end up in that condition.

Tell him to turn off the tv read his bible. Jesus explained this 2000 years ago… if there is anything goodfocus in that. Don’t worry about tomorrow because today has enough.
He could read about babies easing babies take his wife in a date exercise. Etc. a workout and sleep solves a lot of problems as well as turning it over to god. Prayer can help
