Society, "feminism", media (commercials that make males look like fools), loss of respect from the traditional family, increasingly litigious society ("victims" sue a lot), "being offended" (for insanely insipid and inconsequential opinions/choices that aren't 101% in agreement with those of others), are ALL driving forces that disrespect the lead role of males in our society.

This is NOT the way God ordered things. Males are the doctrinal leaders of the church. Males are directed to take the pastorate lead in the church. Females may be deacons/deaconesses, Sunday school teachers, etc. Kids answer to their parents (male and female), the female answers to the male, the males answers to Jesus, and Jesus serves at the right hand of God.

Surely it depends on what you call weak but yes men are changing because their role is changing.
Men are no longer seen as the main bread winner but sometimes seem to be the danger of society.
Another issue is that most guys lack reasonable role-models, so they start to look elsewhere like in movies, music and online (twitch, youtube, tik-tok...).
Society has a hard time in general to define what a man or a woman is, because those genders become more and more inter-changable in roles more and more guys become passive so they don´t step forward and risk something to impress a woman instead they to reach a high position in fortnite, valorant or what ever trendy video games because it seems more satisfying.

Most men are whats called pre gay and/or cuckolded. So yes way less masculine.

Pre gay meaning they act like a gay ie feminine behaviors but dont take the final step of penis in their ass.

I would say that is a fair assessment. Almost as if men and women flipped in terms of who they are. Men are becoming more feminine and women are becoming more masculine.

Feminism has done a great job of convincing the world that masculinity is toxic, so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that men are becoming less masculine, which was the goal of feminism in the first place. Feminists know that women cannot compete effectively against masculine men in the business world.
