If I talk to you then I have to deal with my feelings, what does that mean?

There is a guy at my work, who follows me watches me, is always where I am. So finally we talked a little here or there and I gave him my number. Time went by we still chatted here or there in the store, he still watched my every move and everyone I talked to. One day I just said why don't you just text or call? He said because then he will have to deal with his feelings? I basically wrote it off as games, went back to my same routine meanwhile he still watches, stares and has to be near me, listens to my conversations and now when I talk to other male workers he starts fights with them and is nasty to them I do not date a lot I am an introvert, I tend to keep to myself unless I am talking about gaming or stuff like that. I have no idea what is with this guy. Thank you to anyone with their thoughts

He seems incredibly immature to start problems with coworkers simply because you are friendly with them. There is no reason for it. He is jealous without having a reason to be since he won't talk/text or ask you out to do something.

As far as the "I have to deal with my feelings"... that could mean he has some issues from past relationships that make it difficult for him to want to get into a new one. There could be any number of reasons as to what those feelings are. Perhaps he had a couple of very bad breakups or just bad relationships.

That is on him though. If he can't deal with them, that is hardly your problem. Furthermore, if he avoids dealing with them yet still acts jealous, that is definitely a sign of someone that is immature and not worth your time.

Maybe that is a reason for his previous failed relationships... jealousy does not look good and he seems the type.

i have been getting worried about how he is acting, especially since workers see him doing it. nope i totally agree, you read correctly. I dont know what people are capable of these days. Im going to wait it out till im done this semester and look to get a transfer from this location where I work. He just made and makes no sense, I gave him a chance and he didn't want it, I moved on and its like set him off.

I think sincerely he’s a real creep.
He’s shy, awkward and has developed an attraction for you, and this is ok and healthy.
He can’t talk directly to you and stalks you, following you everywhere, he also fought with other boys for you, and this is insane.


I think, if you’re really uninterested in him, you should talk to him directly and telling him to stop doing what he is doing and to speak honestly to you, declaring his intentions. If he doesn’t, you’ll stop talking to him, tell him you’ll call the police since you’ve proof of him stalking you. You should pressure him a bit, since he probably thinks to be free to stalk you only because you’re shy and polite.

he is nuts best to stay away from him he might be dangerous and if he gets any weirder then that the company know if they have a HR department if not then your boss, he sounds crazy if you feel you can't talk to your boss or HR then write a letter
