Why doesn't my crush like any of my Instagram photos?

so i have a crush on my tattoo artist. We are close irl and i felt like maybe there was something between us.

when i go there sometimes sometimes he says im wearing something nice.

i have his phone number last time we talked about my tattoo he sent me the puckered lips giving a kiss emoji and i liked the reply with one heart.

last week i went to the studio just to ask some questions with no appointments and i was wearing a long black dress and he was outside staring at me a lot but it could be bc he didn’t expect to see me.

so last week i followed him on ig he followed me back fast after 1 minute but he never watches my stories or likes my pictures

is he uninterested?
