Why doesn't he like any of my pictures?

I followed my crush on Instagram and he followed back but only liked one photo of me. He would show signs in person such as staring at me when I'm not looking, look at me from the corner of his eye, smile at me, compliments my new hair style, teases me, etc but doesn't like any photos? He veiws my stories and page everyday ( according to a instagram veiwer app) but doesn't like them. He also hasn't tried initiating on Insta but iniciates conversation in person all the time and always walks up to me? :/

Well obviously he talks. He's not gonna walk up to me and just stand their doing nothing? Did you ever think maybe he's just an overly friendly guy and I could be seeing signs I want to see because I like him?
