I don't understand I would assume a 30 year old men would be over the whole drinking , parting and playing video games be over, Why would a28- 30 year old men wouldn't not be interested in converting to Christianity at least and forget drinking and partying? Why is it hard finding a Christian 28-30 year old guy?
400 opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. There are many reasons why it is difficult to find the man you want:
Economic conditions are increasingly difficult for young men, making them less able to settle down.
The percentage of population that is actively religious has plunged, especially among men and among people in their 20s.
Video games are highly addictive to men (because of how men evolved as hunters) and are more sophisticated and immersive than ever.
Extended adolescence has been encouraged in numerous ways. When I was in my 20s we never referred to people that age as “kids.” Now we do. Now they are treated in a as children who need to be guided and protected in college and provided with “safe spaces.” This was meant to cater to women as women became a growing majority of college students due to affirmative action and feminism, but had the effect of stunting the maturation and masuclization of many men. Worse, what happens in colleges seeps down to earlier education, so this is affecting children and teens now, meaning those who don’t go to college are also affected.

Everything you are telling me is true. The weird thing is my generation left the chruch once they turn 18 mostly guys and they become atheist. Yes you are right now a 20 year old human is refered as a child. I feel ashamed of my generation. I know 30 year olds that still make their parents pay for their car phone bills. It's crazy,. I am glad at the same time I was put that much responsibility on my shoulders to know what to expect. I remember I was 19 at the time I told my friend oh wait I need to stop and pay for my phone bill she turn around and looked surprised she was lien Really? Oh my parents still pay for mine. A 30 year old now a days has the mindset of a 10 year old.

The problem is that many guys fall for pleasure than for hard work that doesn´t seem profiting. Christianity has turned especially for guys rather being borning hence many preachers preach a Gospel that doesn´t involve a challenge for guys.
Like if I´m saved the moment I promise to believe in Jesus and still can live the way I lived before then why change?
At the same time there are preachers that make Christian look boring because they raise the expectations of guys have to behave that many guys prefer the secular lifestyle of sleeping around.00 Reply

+1 yI've found plenty Christian men in that range who dont drink/party/smoke but they definitely still played video games. Its not a dealbreaker for me unless he plays daily/weekly. The main prob i came across was them not wanting the things in life I want st the same time. A lot prefer to wait til 35+ and thats just old to me

Girl same 35 is way extremely to old for me. Even 32 is still way too old for me.

Where do you live that you find these Christian 28-30 year olds?

I mean are you looking in the church?… lol! To be fair it might be difficult to find a guy who doesn’t like to drink party or play video games… but you should be able to if you are looking in the right places. The internet is not the right place. Personally I hate partying and drinking together and wouldn’t do them at the same time though I do for certain enjoy a drink from time to time and I do party with my friends from church almost every weekend. And I’m not crazy about games although I do play them from time to time when I am with my brothers. I’m also way outside of your perspective of men… lol! It like I said you really need to look in the right places.

The thing is a lot people from my age range left the chruch or turn into atheist.
4.4K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. It’s very unlikely that a man will convert for you, When people stop believing, or stop attending for whatever reason, they rarely return.
Why should anyone orget drinking and partying? That’s a lot more fun than church.
it’s hard for you to find single Christian men because there are 3 single women in church for every 2 men. You seem to believe that Christianity is the norm for adults, but that’s not true for your generation. About one third of the people your age in the US have no religion.00 ReplyPretty high if you meet them at church! Or Christian Mingle... Honestly though, that's a good reason why a lot of girls can't find love. They have all these boxes he has to check before she's interested
-Christian
-doesn't drink
-doesn't play video games
-wears turtle necks on Thursdays
-blah blah blah
Try giving guys that interested in you a chance before shutting them down because they do things you don't like. No one will EVER check your boxes and even if they do you're seriously limiting your options. And one day you'll find yourself alone at 35 and become one of those "All I need are my cats" women01 Reply- +1 y
I don’t understand how her standards are unfair to men. She just wants someone who will be a responsible family man
You should start at Christian communities, like churches. Trying to look outside it will take longer, since you'd have to meet men and then find out about their values. Also, IIRC, marrying people from a different religion as a Christian is a sin, and so is to use a relationship to lure the other partner to the faith, hoping to change the person.

I do attended chruch not sure what makes you think that I never go to church. I mean seriously it's common sense if I'm a Christian it is obvious that I attended chruch and I want a Christian husband not a Mormon husband!
- +1 y
It's not as obvious as you're thinking. I say this because I used to be one as well.
If you're not finding them in your church, then consider attending events that group different communities, like getaways or trips. I've had some back in the day. Worst case scenario, see if it's worth visiting other churches. Worst case scenario 2.0 is to reconsider your preferences regarding age.
I am a social drinking, video game playing Christian and I fall in that age range.
I don't see the problem.
Parties are overrated once you have bills to pay

You are a grown men. You should be out of that stage.

@alwayreckles93
Pray tell me what grown men should be doing when their off from a stressful day at work?
Playing with their kid? That's their 2nd job
Doing house chores? That's their 3rd job
Tell me what other activities should a guy do to relax after a rough day and the kids are asleep?
Might I also add that said activitiy should require no money. - +1 y
Video games have no benefits, Why do you think these possessed demonic young kids are obsessed with shootings? I blame it all on the video games. Vidoe games , teach nothing game and you get no benefits out of it. You want to tell me that you are stressed go to the gym build a book shelf. Read a book you find good information about nutrition about health. Or better yet read the Bible instead of wasting your time on useless vidoe games.
- +1 y
@alwayreckles93
Yes valid points except for the vague reference to school shooters and video games (I know where you were going and it doesn't hold water for reasons I'll address later).
As for the main issue, everything should be in moderation without execss. Do you believe that there are men capable of having these things in a healthy moderation? I'd like to think I am one of those men that can keep things balanced and prioritize his duties over his own pleasure.
Now as for your vague refrence, violent entertainment is only a fraction of the greater problems including lack of access to mental health and educational resources, lack of suitable models, boundaries and discipline methods combined with the constant bombardment of contradicting messages from social media, the news and entertainment. It's little wonder these tragedies don't occur more frequently. As for the Bible, what use is It's prescence anywhere if it's not read and practiced at home.
Yes I belive that a man can read the Bible, drink and play video games all in moderation without damning his soul or causing harm to his family. So long as he prioritize the balance between his duties and his pleasures
It's hard because you're 21. The kind of men who would want to date a woman as young as you aren't mature.

In my opinion it's not healthy for the brain. I am not a fan of vidoe games. It teaches kids violence , Look at all the shooting that's been going the demonic possessed demonic kid that went off shooting innocent child school in Texas. And what about the kid that shoot innocent people in Illinois they just want to have a nice relax fun 4 of July and this demonic possesed kid shooting. Find something different go to the gym , Read a book or go for a walk at the park.
