We sometime don't want the answer an expect the relationship to go out as we plan to if the talk has came about already then she knows from her friends or so we have thought and don't know for sure if the relationship will take place util her friends talk.
For me one of the biggest reasons is if I´m not sure if she´s single or taken hence I´ve been raised by parents that it´s one of the questions not to ask a woman.
Because if she was taken I would immediately stop the contact.
You heard second hand that he likes you, which is completely unreliable information. That might be part of it
Also you aren't showimg him any interest, so he isn't sure.
I was reluctant in one case because she was 19, I was 33 and I didn’t think we had much in common. I took her out a couple of times and, I was right, we didn’t. At least I know and I’m not wondering if I let the right one get away.
Fear of rejection and also worried I might creep her out, worried I might harass her, a reminder of the forever unfairness of men always being expected to make a move and initiate with a woman but why do I get the feeling that tradition will never change
My attraction is always reliant on her attraction to me. If she doesn't act interested I'm not interested.
For me it's when the girl is making very unclear if she is single or not.
If she's not showing interest I'm out, I can tell if she's interested so if she's playing hard to get or trying the cat and mouse game I'm gone.

No clue I would always approach anyone I was interested in before someone else did.

Guys know most women are like a schoolyard game or redlight/green light. The minute she knows you're attracted to her she's going to exploit that. Sorry most women are one big act. If she really values you'll she'll be patient.
No signs or giving me green lights... I can tell when a woman wants me to approach her just buy the way she looks at me... I don't like being rejected either
There are heaps of reasons, We don't want to look Creepy or something like that if we do it the wrong way, The same reason a lot of don't want to Approach the Guy they like.
He probably wants to be sure before he makes a move, I honestly can't blame him. This is why I say to reciprocate interest because he isn't going to get the sign to swoop in.
I might have observed her for a while and decided she was childish or kinda dumb.
Usually if I see a girl I like then I see her like someone almost perfect. Then I don't want so make her feel uncomfortably by disturbing her. It's not easy to figure out if the girl is just being nice or if she likes what she sees 😊
