Guys, why you don't make any move with the girl you like?

I mean I have a crush on a guy and after a while he has got a crush on me, in the first he was acting so silly by trying to show me that by his friends and he doesn't make any move, he follows in social media any girl expect me and when I ingored him he was chasing me and looks at me all the time and he always fliters with me and wants make eye contact with me and talk to all boys and his friends about me, but I ingored him and he knows I noticed but I ingored; until now I see he doesn't make any move like try to send to me a friend request but he ingores me completely in any social media and follow all the girls expect me

Because even though you have that feeling she likes you you’re still unsure. So you’re sort of afraid to make a move, especially at a young age when you’re barely getting into relationships w no experience under your belt as far as knowing 100% for sure that she likes you as well.
