Why is he sending mixed signals? advice?

Met this guy the other day. Seemed super sweet and literally spent hours together. He seemed interested when he left but now it’s taking literally a day between texts. Now I feel like I’m vibrating at this weird frequency and I don’t like it. Part of me is tempted to say screw it and forget about him but the other part wants to see him again. Nice guys are a rare breed but now my brain is all over the place trying to decide if he is one like he seemed to be or if he’s just not interested. I’m not good at this. Most guys I’ve gone out with were friends first and were very clear about what they wanted.

Consider what signals you're sending if you need/demand constant attention.
