So my brother was joking saying he wanted to fight and my mom interjected in a playful way to my fiancr and was like "you gonna let him talk to your girl like tha?". He was saying in a nonchalant way like " oh can't do nothing against big bro that's outta my hands " My mom was like 😕. So at times he just seems so uncaring about things. He got mad over a little opinion recently. He looks at me as if he's tired of me. We don't really talk about the future and he said he's not ready for marriage even though we're engaged. He's just fine with the now and I feel as if I'm being strung along. After being together for so long (7 years, 1 year engaged) things would be better.

How are you engaged yet he 'isn't ready' to get married? That makes no sense. If you don't have a ring and a wedding date then you aren't engaged.

I have a ring, everyone asks me about a date and I can't tell them anything. We talked about it and said sometime early next year but now he said 2-3 years from now.
