Guys, It’s it normal for guys to be naturally possessive?

I have this one friend, let’s call him Bob. Every time I go talk to someone else, Bob gets mad and says he doesn’t want to talk to me for literally no reason. When I talk with Bob 1 on 1 he doesn’t get mad unless someone else joins the conversation. He generally doesn’t get mad if it’s a girl that joins, but every-time a guy joins in, gosh it’s a nightmare. I don’t know if this is normal or not since I don’t have many guy friends.

Well most guys do get possessive but at the same time you can't control anybody and why would you even want to I mean you can't tell you what to do only you can do that and I mean and if you guys have a relationship and if he's not confident within himself about you then what is he doing with you I mean that's trust and respect but if you're with him he should know that 100% and know that you're not going to do anything silly or anything to hurt him and if you do I guess then it's his choice whether he wants to walk away or stay there but he's worried about something that he can't really worry about because you're not even girlfriend and boyfriend I don't think
