Ex boyfriend of 14 years ago contacted me?

My first boyfriend, I was young 14-16 years old. He was obviously my first everything contacted me out of the blue on Instagram. When I dumped him in 2009, he went on immediately to date this (look alike girl) who he is now married to. I have not thought about him at all, since at least 2012. He sends me an Instagram message telling me, it’s been so long and he’s so proud of me. I answered back and said “it’s been fourteen years” ; my question is now I can’t shake him reaching out. It bothers me because he was completely disrespectful and cheated on me even though we were kids! I think it’s because the girlfriend after me he ended up marrying who looks like the old version of me ; is what has me all upset and angry! Why would he reach out to me after fourteen years? What would make a man do this? It’s so random and unnecessary. Need help for healing.
