Why did he unfollow me on Instagram?

I have been messing with my friends brother however we all live together. He got drunk one night and told everyone we had sex a number of times and said I was acting weird and he knew I would act weird. I later find out that he unfollowed me on Instagram but I am still following him. Is he upset with me?
