I hate when people say genetics (knowing they don't fully understand), genetically you are more likely yes but because you are likely to have similar hormones due to having the same diet as your parents because you were raised that way.

Dihydrotestosterone is what causes most* balding, its testosterone essentially. Men are working out more more nowadays causing raises in DHT. Stress doesn't help, bad diet doesn't help, and all the chemicals used on and ingested nowadays doesn't help.

Want to prevent it? Selenium found in brazil nuts, biotin (vitamin b7), Silica, Zinc, Lycopene (tomatos, watermelon) and overall eating healthier...

No they don't have any bugs or worms or anything like that it's called sebum it plugs up the pores and does not let the hair grow out anymore
Growing up I always had long curly hair I was just kind of coming back and once my hair started receding I just said f*** it and I start shaving it off into this day I still shave it off everyone smile for maybe 3 weeks I won't shave my head and it's basically the same as it was if I let it grow for those 3 weeks but I don't think I'd grow my hair out again I hate waking up in the morning with a big bush everywhere LOL if this just makes it a lot easier

I do not, Luckily. I have thick hair. I could say the same with bleach blondes. So I get you. I hate it, especially that a huge percentage of women do it. I had a friend that was bleaching her hair most of her life, meh. then finally was comfortable to be in her nice darker hair. Which she looks way hotter.
