Why would a guy in his 30s not settle down… he still flirts around.. he’s accomplished , educated, very charming and can get good looking chicks… actual models..

how could someone know if it’s genuine? And ALSO why doesn’t he settle even if the girls are perfect

To better answer that question, ask yourself these questions:

1. "Why would a guy in his 30s settle down?"

2. "What does he have to gain from settling down?"

3. "What does he have to lose from settling down?"

Generally speaking, men do not have the same biological clock as a woman. He does not need to "settle down" nor does he care to "settle down". The minute he signs up for marriage, the legal system has a high chance of being against him. Why choose possible false allegations from an angry wife when you can have sex with *literal models* all the time?

Settling down vs having sex with models and no strings attached is similar to picking between: Do you want $50,000 dollars or do you want -$50,000 dollars of debt? You said he was educated so I think taking the 50k would be his choice, lol.

Let me ask you this: If you could wait till you were in your late 60s and your eggs were just as healthy as they were in your 20s (along with your body never aging or super model men wanting to have sex with you), would you settle at 30 or would you live like you are still in your 20s for the next 30 years?

I mean he is a nice friendly guy. Possible flirt energy. Maybe not with just me

But the first thing I noticed is that he’s always looking at me. Not staring but always shooting glances at me no matter where I am in the room. If he’s passing, across or if I’m just walking through the doors he’s looking and smiling.

He tries to subtly get close or stand close. Not inappropriate or sexual way… and not often. He was helping me with something. He was guiding my finger but he placed his hand gently on mine while doing so.

He was also helping other students and he looked at me while doing so. He wasn’t really looking at my work.. Or he was like “I finally get to come over to you. How are you?” And he stood close and looked at me. His “how are you?” Sounded genuine and he wasn’t talking about my work

He does look when other guys talk to me but just a quick glance.

I dress down. I never dress up bc it gets messy. Jogging paints and tshirt
Im a pretty good student. Art is my minor. Psyc is my major

I’m a pretty good painter tho.. still getting the hang of pottery

But what’s really weird is that I dressed up once on my birthday and I wore a sundress and a hat.. my classmate said I looked cute and he saw but then he looked down and he was kind of avoiding me.. like he was intentionally not trying to be around me and he didn’t compliment me so maybe I over thought his interest

I just don’t want to assume. A lot of people say it’s nothing. I don’t really feel that way but at the same time I may not be the only person he feels attracted to or he could just be a flirt. Or he is just friendly.. my friend says he has flirt energy.

Sounds like me, actually. I don't know, but, I think I am just disappointed with American women these days - especially where I live. Their lives seem to have been to easy for them, and now they don't have anything that would make me want to raise a family together, and built a solid life. They're just to weak, lazy, and entitled. A shame, really.
