Recently I met a guy online (from an English learning app) and he is the tutor. We had great conversation and I add him up on insta. We started taking since then, and gradually becoming intimate. At the beginning I wasn't serious, just wanted somebody to talk to because I recently broke up. But he started to send me long texts telling me how much he likes me, and he promise me he will come to my country in the next 6 months. (He's in Africa and I'm in Asia). It's only 2 weeks since we know each other.
Sometimes he makes me feel like that's too much, cause the majority of time our conversation is just sweet nothing, and even about moving to Canada together and having a baby kinda stuff. We do text, and call once every day, he seems to have a healthy time schedule and is consistent. But anyways we've only known for 2 weeks, and i feel he is too easy to make promises so it's not sounding serious, but he will explain with a long text when i ask him why. And i believe he lies sometimes on small things. Also he is a pretty boy (very much!), which makes me doubt more. Now the more sweet talk he says, the more i feel like it's a romance scam? But i do have trust issue i admit that, so i dont know if that's my problem or his, cause I'm getting attached, i dont wanna be scammed at the end or miss a good guy due to my trust issue.
