Why do guys look at a girl many times and each time as soon as she looks at him they stare a little bit for a few seconds and then he looks down, what does this mean? And when ever they pass eachother after sixth period they stare at eachother, what does this mean?

Body language studies claim that a person who breaks eye contact with you by looking down is intimidated (i. e., attracted) and a person who breaks eye contact by looking to the side is indifferent (i. e., not attracted).
