If a man is unsure on how he feels about you- should that be taken as not interested?

The guy i am talking to told me today he doesn’t know what he wants. he’s very shy and has never been in a situation like this before. he’s a ‘i’ll never get my heartbroken’ kind of guy and doesn’t think of girls or the idea of love much - whereas i’m quite the opposite as a hopeless romantic girl.

Today he told me he doesn’t know what he wants and he’s confused. Am i safe to assume he doesn’t want me- or is it that he genuinely may just be confused and maybe scared?

I know he isn’t using me for any kind of benefit like sex so could it really be that he doesn’t know what to feel?

Anyway guys are pricks usually unless they have a sentiment. We're naturally kind of evil beasts if we have a taste of power so if there's no sentiment there's no reason to naturally come back.. Let them know you are really genuine in the interest but let them know there is no pressure to make a super quick decision and it’s ok if they say no.


Then maybe give them a set amount of time, a decent amount of course then just internally decide if you wanna keep waiting or will call it quits after a while.

If he's unsure, it means you aren't giving him enough information about your mind, your body, or both, to be able to know if you are a match or not.
