Female: How about next week?

Male: Ill let you know if i am free

Female: Okay cool.

And he didn't get back to me. Is this worth it? Do I move on?

The fact that he did not reply could lead to 3 suppositions.

1. He forgot about hanging out

2. He is not interested but does not know how to tell you. He thinks that by not answering, the message is clear.

3. He is busy and has no time to answer. Although that would be a poor excuse.

Consider that this guy is not interested. At least that is how I would interpret it. You may have scared him because when you tell him "I like ur vibe and think it'll be fun", this can be misleading and if he is not in to the kind of "fun" that you perhaps think of, he will definitely not give you an answer.

Move on. I don't think that the vibes have reached him...
