I knew this guy and he was always nervous and frozen around me, like a deer in headlights. He'd stare at me like he had never seen a girl before. Kind of weird. But flattering. But then he stopped acting nervous, now he's just normal with me. Like we're normal friends. He's still nice, but he treats me like everybody else. Does this mean he lost interest in me?
It could be that he has lost interest, but maybe he just gave up. Perhaps if you try flirting with him, he will get his hopes up again and go back to normal and act nervous again

If you like him then ask him out. Because if he moves on it’s too late. You should jsur make a move on him
