A guy I like keeps ignoring me for days/weeks and when we speak he says stuff like he wants to marry me, wtf?

Is this possible that he’s just busy/insane but actually has feeling for me and is genuine or is he just playing with me? sometimes he’s so rude to me he only replies if I send nudes or just ask for nudes… but last time we spoke he talked about presenting me to his parents… the one before he talked about getting married… he’s Arab by the way and we’ve never met in person. He said many times he’d want to meet me but never comes he cancels and/or ignores at the last minute. Im just so confused with his behavior and it’s so hard to speak cause well he ignores me :/

He’s only using you for nudes and says all the marriage comments to you as a way for you to have some sort of “feelings” for him to think that he’s treating you well. He sounds like garbage and you need to block him and move on to someone who treats you better.
